Corian

Corian is the trade name for DuPont’s advanced blend of natural materials and pure acrylic polymers. Hundreds of colors and patterns are available with a luxurious soft satin sheen. Integral matching sinks make these solid surface counters virtually seamless, balancing beauty and performance.

Use a trivet or pad for hot pots on your solid surface counter. A chopping board will prevent scratches and dents. Due to its solid surface, Corian is able to be refinished, virtually eliminating scratches and restoring it’s original beauty.

Quartz

This is the new standard for kitchen counter tops! Quartz is a beautiful, rich, man made stone surface that offers many benefits beyond natural granite.

Quartz counters are non porous, food safe, easy to clean and never need sealing or re-sealing.

All colors are equal in porosity. For light colored counters this is an important distinction because density of natural stone counters tends to diminish in lighter colored varieties. No more worries about staining!

Cultured Marble & Solicoat

Cultured “marble”, cultured “granite” and Solicoat counters are custom manufactured & surprisingly affordable.

Used primarily in bathrooms, they provide a beautifully smooth surface with integral sink basins that are easy to clean. Available in a wide variety of colors and basin styles they compliment any décor.

Sun Ray also installs under-mounted china basins into cultured marble or SP counters. This offers a wonderful blend of utility, endurance and style.
 

HD Laminate

Guess what?!

Your grandmother’s counter has changed. It’s gone high definition. New technology has united the depth of texture with a flow of color, creating a deep luxurious appearance that you would only expect from granite.

Objects taken directly from the oven should not be placed on any plastic laminate surface, a heat resistant pad or trivet is recommended. Foodstuffs should also not be cut directly on laminate counters.

Always use a food safe chopping board for your food preparation.
